Seriously, so funny

There are four blogs that never fail to crack me up. If you have the same humor as me, I would recommend looking them up because they are hilarious!!!

They're pretty popular, so it wouldn't surprise me if you had already heard of them... but here we go anyway.

ONE The first is a satire of the typical mormon-mommy blogger: she spells things wrong. she's really opinionated. she thinks her life is perfect and cannot possibly get any better... etc.

It's funny to read the comments she gets from people that think her blog is serious. and real. Not real, people... but then again, that's what adds to the hilarity of it all.

I thank my dear Caitie Scott for this one. Not only did we paint that headboard while I was home for fall break, we laughed at this blog. I love her.

TWO The second is called stuff white people like. It honestly kills me. Some of the things he talks about I have no experience with, and therefore don't find funny, but some of them are so true that I often find myself sobbing tears of lightheartedness and/or wheezing due to lack of air in my lungs in the library on random afternoons. Start browsing from the beginning of his list to get the main idea of where it started from.. wait maybe it started from a book. or maybe it's in book form now. Um.. something like that. Anyway.

THREE At Megan's request, I'm adding this one to the list, too. On it, people submit little snippets of their life with the tagline "MLIA." (my life is average)

Sam showed me this website a few weeks ago. Just now, I literally laughed out loud at about 9 out of the 10 posts that I read. Not too freakin bad.

Today I sent the text "plan b, find a time machine, find and kill your own brontosaurus and make a suit from his skin" to my boyfriend on accident instead of my friend who is the next one down on my contact list. Instead of responding back with a confused question mark, he sent me "count me in. Give me five minutes." I think I found the right one. MLIA.

Today I was staying after to do a multiple choice quiz. My teacher was standing over me, watching me choose with what looked like a recorder in his hand. I was struggling with the last question, so I guessed and put C. I then hear "stop, in the name of love" begin to play then stop. My teacher gave me the thumbs up. Then I put B. I heard "its gettin hot in here" Finally I put A. Then he played we are the champions. I got a 100. MLIA.

Today, in Human Biology, we were working with a purple chemical. Our teacher announced that if we get it on our skin, it will turn brown. The only black kid in my class looks down at this hand and says, "too late" MLIA

Today, I went to the doctor to check if I had the flu. After waiting a while the doctor finally comes in. He stares at my mom and goes, "Mrs. Henry, tests are positive, your daughter's pregnant." My mom jumped off her chair in shock and there was a long, akward pause. The doctor finally said, "No, I'm totally kidding. She has the flu." I'm 13 and I have a new favorite doctor. MLIA

FOUR I would put money on a guess that the FML website was the predecessor of MLIA. Similar layout, similar submission types... the only difference that I can think of really is that with MLIA, I laugh with the people and their stories, whereas FML is definitely me laughing at them.
