Last day.. Beijing

Sad!! I fly out tomorrow morning!!

My internet bill is going to be huge for this hotel. It's pricey!! And i've had three days of surfing.

I'll make this quick.

I caught a cold. And i'm way bummed about it. Tonight was the big finale Peking duck banquet... real Peking duck IN PEKING... and I HAVE A COLD! I love duck! And I couldn't taste a thing!! Aaaaahhhh.... I keep sniffling. It's like 77 degrees outside and I have a cold.

Not looking forward to the flight tomorrow.

Today was fun though. Tien ah Mien Square and also the Forbidden City.. and also some shopping!! Dad was amazed that I packed everything. In literally about 10 min I had it all done. I'm skillful, I know. Now I just sit back and try to sleep with a stuffy/runny nose. You know how it is. Sucks.

Hopefully I'll be better before I get home.

I have a tendency to not fall asleep like normal people. This happened four days in a row and Dad got mad at me.

Mmm rice krispies. I ate them for breakfast every day the various hotels offered them. It was funny to watch some people react with the cold cereal. A lot took a spoonful and put it on the corner of their plates cuz they didn't know what it was. lol.
I had to eat it with the little chinese bowl and sweet spoon though. it was fun.

Apparently, I leaned a lot when I was walking. It was steep!! That pole is straight though.

I almost made it. Just kidding.. we actually had to walk down these steps. I was just posing. But i felt like keeling over a couple of times!! The stairs were literally over a foot tall on this staircase. Look at the people coming down! It was nuts!


Scary little plastic people!! (they were at one of the tourist places. We discovered that the more souvenirs a place had, the worse the food was.. lol)


And still counting... when I said millions, I wasn't kidding.


The acrobatic show was cool. Watch the footage with me sometime.


I might not post again. I won't be by the internet til I get home again actually. We'll see.
