The Itinerary

I could post the entire itinerary complete with descriptions on this.. but... well... I'll just give the summary.

Leave April 27 early in the morning out of IF. I fly to SLC and then to San Francisco while everyone else goes from IF --> Denver --> Chicago --> San Fran. Hopefully we'll meet up before I get lost in the airport. (Oh, and we cross the international date line so keep that in mind when looking at the dates.)

Hong Kong
April 28 (traveling, get to HK in the evening, go the hotel [Metropark Kowloon])
April 29 (be tourist-y! visit the Hong Kong Island, Victoria Peak, Aberdeen, Stanley Market)
April 30 (Free day... temple!?)

we transfer to Guangzhou on May 1 from Hong Kong via train. Weee!

Guangzhou
May 1 (Kaiping in the afternoon, check in to the hotel [Ever Joint Hotel], explore in the afternoon)
May 2 (Kaiping to Zhou Qing to Guangzhou. Stay overnight in Guangzhou in a new hotel [White Swan Hotel - it's where all of the couples adopting babies stay usually.. it's going to be a loud night!] )

On may 3, we transfer from Guangzhou to Bejing.

Bejing
May 3 (Transfer half to Bejing while the other half go back to the U.S. Arrive in Bejing. Transfer to hotel [The Presidential Plaza Guest Hotel... aka the Beijing International Hotel]. Sightseeing tour to the Heavenly Temple)
May 4 (Great Wall of China! Then to the Summer Palace.. then that night will be an acrobatic show)
May 5 (Tian An Mien Square to the Forbidden City with a Peking Duck Banquet at night for dinner)
May 6 (Relax in the morning, catch flight in the afternoon. Get home sometime.)



Oh boy!

By the way, once I'm home, I have this next.
May 7 - AP Govt. test. AAAHHH! Not a good day for a test.

What to pack?!
